  • Dr. Jasbir S. Sra, MD, FACC, FHRS.

    Affiliation: Dr. Sra is the medical director of electrophysiology for Aurora Cardiovascular Services and a clinical professor of medicine for the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health at Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center. He is the program director of Aurora’s Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology Fellowship Program, one of the longest running and largest in Wisconsin. Dr. Sra is internationally recognized for setting a new standard in the treatment of heart rhythm disorders.

  • Dr. Jason Bradfield, MD, FACC FHRS.

    Affiliation: Dr Jason Bradfield is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiology and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology. He has been on faculty at the UCLA Cardiac Arrhythmia Center since 2009 and is the Director of Cardiac Electrophysiology at Olive View-UCLA Medical Center. Dr Bradfield’s procedural and research expertise includes cardiac ablation of supraventricular and ventricular arrhythmias, epicardial mapping and ablation, implantation of cardiac devices and laser lead extraction.

  • Dr. Jian-Fang Ren, MD, FACC.

    Affiliation: Dr. Ren is an echocardiologist and consultant for the intracardiac echocardiography (ICE) training program for cardiac electrophysiology fellows in the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine of the University of Pennsylvania Health System, Philadelphia, 1999-2015. Dr. Ren had previously served as Sinior investigator/Research Professor of Medicine at the Medical College of Pennsylvania/Hahnemann University and Presbyterian Medical Center, Philadelphia. Dr. Ren has been working with Dr. Marchlinski’s electrophysiology group since 1992 and has been the champion and pioneer related to the use of ICE for electrophysiological ablation procedures and focused his research efforts in this area.

  • Dr. Kamal K. Sethi, MD, DM, FACC, FHRS, FCSI, FISE.

    Affiliation: Prof. Sethi has been President of Cardiology Society of India and Member of Executive Council of Asia Pacific Society of Cardiology. He has been the editor of Indian Heart Journal, and is a member of the editorial board of Journal of Invasive Cardiac Electrophysiology. He has been awarded several national awards and orations. He is a Fellow of American College of Cardiology, Fellow of Cardiological Society of India, Fellow of Heart Rhythm Society (USA) and Fellow of Indian Society of Electrocardiology.

  • Dr. Magdi Sami, MB,BCH; FRCP(C), FACC, FAHA.

    Affiliation: Dr Sami graduated from Cairo University in 1969. He emigrated to Canada in 1971. He specialized in cardiology and obtained his FRCP(c) in 1976 and has subsequently trained in clinical research and clinical electrophysiology at Stanford University, from 1977-1979. He is currently professor of medicine at McGill and a senior Cardiologist at the Mc Gill University Hospital Center (MUHC). His main interest is clinical arrhythmia management and research as well as teaching. He has published more than 200 manuscripts as well as numerous abstracts and book chapters on arrhythmias and antiarrhythmic drugs.

  • Dr. Mansour Razminia, MD, FACC.

    Affiliation: Dr. Razminia is medical director of the cardiac electrophysiology laboratory and program director of clinical cardiac electrophysiology fellowship at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center. He has performed over 400 consecutive fluoroless catheter ablations in adult population since 2010. Dr. Razminia is a strong advocate for the fluoroless approach in the adult population and is teaching fellows as well as physicians from around the world his techniques.

  • Dr. Marcin Kowalski, MD, FACC, FHRS.

    Affiliation: Dr. Marcin Kowalski is the Director of Cardiac Electrophysiology Laboratory and the Associate Director of Cardiac Fellowship Program at Staten Island University Hospital. His research interests include implantable device therapy and clinical trials in atrial fibrillation. His recent projects include prevention of injury of the phrenic nerve during cryoballoon ablation of atrial fibrillation. His interests also include medical economic and increasing lab efficiency with reduction in operational costs.

    Affiliation: Interventional Cardiologist, Electrophysiologist, Researcher at the Medical University of Innsbruck / Austria; Dr. Stuehlinger completed medical school at Medical University of Vienna / Austria, worked as research fellow at Stanford University School of Medicine / USA and received his Cardiology training at Medical University of Innsbruck / Austria. He published app. 50 scientific papers, his major research interests are vascular biology as well as new techniques in catheter ablation.

    Affiliation: Miguel Valderrabano, MD, FACC, is currently the Director, Division of Cardiac Electrophysiology; Department of Cardiology; Methodist DeBakey Heart Center; The Methodist Hospital System. Dr. Valderrabano is an Associate Professor of Medicine at Weill Cornell Medical College. He is the Program Director for the Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology Fellowship program at Baylor College of Medicine, where he is also an Adjunct Associate Professor of Medicine.

    Affiliation: Dr. Tabitha Moe, MD FACC is an Adult Congenital Cardiologist at Phoenix Children’s Hospital providing care to adults with congenital heart diseases, pregnancy and cardiovascular disease, and pulmonary hypertension. She completed medical school, Internal Medicine Residency, and a Chief Residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. She then went on to complete a Fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease at Banner University School of Medicine.   • Dr. Roger A. Winkle, M.D. FACC, FHRS.

    Affiliation: Director of Electrophysiology at Sequoia Hospital, Redwood City California and founder of Silicon Valley Cardiology, E. Palo Alto California. He was trained as an electrical engineer. His early interests were in the clinical pharmacology of antiarrhythmic drugs and ambulatory ECG monitoring. He subsequently helped refine the implantable defibrillator to make it a clinically viable option by developing the first tiered-therapy defibrillator and he introduced defibrillation threshold testing, the transvenous defibrillation lead and the biphasic defibrillation waveform. He has founded several companies in Silicon Valley. Current research interests include improving the safety and efficacy of atrial fibrillation ablation and anticoagulation in the peri-ablation period.
